RAW opened with Steve Austin getting ready to announce the winner of Tough Enough. However, Mr. McMahon arrived in a limo and came to the ring. He then had some questions for Luke and Andy, the two finalists. After hearing their answers, Vince said he was ready to pick a winner. Austin stopped him and said that Tough Enough was his program, and he was picking the winner. After a few moments of silence, Austin picked Andy as the winner. Luke shook hands with Austin, Vince and Andy and left the ring. Austin then asked Vince if he had any welcoming words for Andy. Vince said he did and welcomed Andy to the WWE by slapping him hard across the face. Andy went down. Austin stepped in front of him and gave Vince dirty looks. He then helped Andy to his feet, shook his hand, congratulated him again, and gave him the stunner. Andy rolled to the outside confused. Austin demanded beers and drank as he continued to congratulate Andy on the win. As Vince and Austin were in the ring facing each other and Austin was trying to convince Vince to drink a beer him, R-Truth came out dressed as a civil war soldier and began dancing around with a sword in hand. He came in the ring and took a soldier stance. He said that the RAW GM wanted him to apologize, and Vince showed footage of R-Truth dumping a drink into a fan’s face last week. R-Truth then came out with a really cheesy and nutty apology. Austin told him he should be sorry for being dressed as a jack ass. R-Truth said that he is dressed like that because they are in Richmond, VA, the former capitol of the Confederacy. Austin said that was 150 years ago, and asked what R-Truth’s point was. R-Truth said that the Confederacy did have a good idea, secession. He then declared that he was seceding from the WWE, but would keep the title match. Vince tried to tell him that he needs to come visit Vince in his office. At this point, the Miz came out. He lambasted R-Truth for rambling on about his conspiracy theories, and said that if it wasn’t for Alex Riley he would still be the WWE champion, and that he deserves one last championship match. At this point, Alex Riley came out and came down to the ring. Riley said that the only thing the Miz deserves is a third straight week of beat downs. At this point John Cena’s music played and Cena came to the ring. He had a comment about everyone in the ring. He reminded the Miz that he made him tap out, and say I Quit, so the GM won’t give him a title match. He told Riley that he doesn’t like him, but likes that he has been punching Miz in the face for a few weeks. He then made fun of R-Truth. The RAW GM sent a message, but Vince stopped Cole from reading it, and decided to make the match on his own, booking a tag match between the team of the Miz and R-Truth against John Cena and Alex Riley. He then added that Steve Austin would be the special ref.
Match 1: Michael McGulicutty v. Santino
When McGulicutty slid out of the ring to avoid the Cobra by Santino, Otunga tried to help him out, but Kozlov ran around ringside and shoulder tackled Otunga. Santino reached for McGullicutty, but got choke dropped over the middle rope for his trouble. McGulicutty got back in the ring and tried to uppercut Santino, but missed when Santino ducked out of the way. Santino then delivered the Cobra for the win.
Match 2: Beth Phoenix & Kelly Kelly v. The Bella Twins
Beth pinned one of the Bella twins after a Glam Slam.
Winners: Beth Phoenix & Kelly Kelly
In the back, Trish Stratus and Booker T were talking as Booker attempted to teach Trish the “Trisharooney”. In the middle of it, Jack Swagger walked in and said that if he was a Tough Enough trainer all the competitors would be winners. He then challenged Booker to a match to see if Booker still had anything left. Booker accepted.
CM Punk came out with Mason Ryan. Punk sat Indian style in the entrance way and was handed a microphone to Punk. He claimed that Rey Mysterio cried and petitioned for a rematch, so he granted him one. He then proclaimed the dominance of the new NEXUS, and asked the crowd’s help in dismantling Rey Mysterio.
Match 3: Rey Mysterio v. CM Punk
As Rey was going to hit the 619 on Punk, Mason Ryan climbed on the ring apron and Rey stopped in his tracks. Punk got up and went after Rey, who ducked Punk’s kick and grabbed Punk around the neck with his arm, spun him around, kicking Ryan off the apron in the process. Rey then proceeded to nail Punk with a DDT and headed to the top rope, from where he would land a splash on Punk in the middle of the ring, and get the winning pin.
Winner: Rey Mysterio
In the back Cena told Alex Riley that even though they were partners tonight, he hasn’t forgotten that Riley has been a pain to him for a long time, so Riley shouldn’t count on this being anything more than an uneasy partnership.
Alberto Del Rio came out and said he was tired of everyone calling him a hit and run artist, because his car running over Show was an accident. He then said he wanted Big Show to come out and confront him. He mockingly said that he wouldn’t run Show over this time since his car is all the way at the entrance way. Show’s music played and a Show imitator came out on crutches. He was shorter than Del Rio, and had a claw glove on his hand. He kept eating and making growling noises, as well we make flatulent noises while Del Rio mocked him and said that Show needs to pay him for the damages to the car. Del Rio then said that bad things happen to bad people, and it was time for Show to go home and never disrespect him again. Del Rio turned to the cameras with a very stern look on his face and told Show that he better not make Del Rio the enemy because it would end very badly for him. The Show impostor revealed himself to be Ricardo Rodriguez and as Del Rio handed him the microphone, Ricardo announced Del Rio’s name over and over.
Match 4: Kofi Kingston v. Zakk Ryder
As Kofi was grabbing at Ryder’s legs, Ryder shoved him off. But as Ryder came back to his feet, Kofi hit him with the
Trouble In Paradise spin kick to get the winning pin.
Winner: Kofi Kingston
Match 5: Jack Swagger v. Booker T
After a few minutes into the match, Swagger stayed on the outside of the ring and refused to come back in, getting himself counted out. As he was about to walk away he was smacked in the head by Evan Bourne. Swagger chased Bourne into the ring where Booker layed him out with a scissor kick. Bourne then came off the top rope, hitting the Air Bourne. Booker and Bourne then celebrated with a double Spinnarooney.
Winner: Booker T (via count out)
Match 6: John Cena & Alex Riley v. R-Truth & The Miz (Stonecold Steve Austin is special ref)
Austin kept control of the match, including getting in the Miz’s face and pulling him off Riley when he wouldn’t obey Austin directive to lay off a ruthless attack. Truth and Miz kept Riley in the ring for a long time, beating on him, but when Riley finally got to Cena for the tag, Cena came in, taking both opponents out. He threw R-Truth to the outside, and then put the STF on the Miz. The Miz reached the ropes, and Austin forced Cena to let him go. R-Truth came back into the ring with a chair in hand, and went after Cena. Cena ducked the chair shot and drop kicked the chair into R-Truth’s face. Riley came into the ring with a steel briefcase and made it look like he would hit Cena, but instead he hit the Miz in the head. Cena quickly hit the Miz with an Attitude Adjustment. The Miz somehow made it to his feet, and Austin approached him, giving him a stunner. Cena then pinned The Miz. As Cena and Riley celebrated, Austin had beers thrown to him and gave one to Cena, then tossed one to Riley who was already heading down the aisle. Austin and Cena drank beer together in the ring, but the RAW GM sent an email. Cole read the email stating that the ref had overstepped his boundaries and the winners of the match were the Miz and R-Truth by disqualification. He then sent another email shortly after, informing Austin that on next week’s three hour edition of “All Star RAW”, Austin would be the special guest GM. Austin went over to Cole, threw the GM’s computer to the ground and grabbed Cole, spinning him around toward the ring. Austin nailed him in the face, then threw him in the ring, giving Cole a stunner. He poured beer all over Cole and then had Cena, with beer in hand, pick up Cole, hitting him with the Attitude Adjustment. Austin then got in Cole’s face, telling him that he’ll see him next week.
Winners: The Miz & R-Truth (by disqualification via reversed decision)
