1. Ranking number one this summer is Las Vegas!
That’s right sin-city. Or you could say – pool-city.
Las Vegas failed at its numerous attempts to become a completely family friendly city. But, that’s okay! This is a great spot to visit if you want to have some fun, but want your kids to have fun to. We call it pool-city because of the humongous amount of pools it has. One hotel that really stands out is: Flamingo Las Vegas. The pools at this hotel consist of: one water slide, four pools, and tons of waterfalls. There is even a small cave that can be explored through walking or swimming. So there’s some fun for the kids. But now for the adults: one of the pools contains a swim up black-jack table! So your kids can have a great time while you get to have some fun at the card table or bar.
2. Ranking number two this summer is Texas Hill Country!
Recommended for the family vacations or romantic couples.
Texas Hill Country is West of Austin, Texas. Some prefer to call it a mini-Europe. It has beautiful lush land. Along with beautiful hills, unlike the rest of Texas. Hence the name; Texas Hill Country. Along with the Europe look, dotted throughout Hill Country are many wineries. Hosting wine and food festivals year round! So if your looking to take a trip to Europe, but not smiling at the price, take a trip down to Texas Hill Country. You won’t even be able to tell the difference!
3. Myrtle Beach
Perfect for family’s or couples looking to have a BLAST like Disney Land!
Recently a “Hard Rock Park” opened up in Myrtle Beach. Good bye Disney Land, Hello Rock Land! It has some huge roller coasters. And other amazing attractions through out the park. To say bye, each night the park lets’ off fireworks while playing “Bohemian Rhapsody,” by Queen. Many of the hotel locations around the “Hard Rock Park” have huge discounts. Even the suites!
Rock fans gather. For this is your new sanctuary.
Located in the beautiful NY. Times magazine says that the area is “..arguably even prettier than the Hampton’s.”
The Laguna of New York. Located at the Eastern tip of Long Island. This trip is great for anyone wanting to experience the Hampton’s, but not being able to afford it. It’s a popular surfing and art community. With some booming new hotels surrounding the party scene, including the Surf Lodge. The Surf Lodge was made by the same exact people who brought the Cain nightclub to New York. If your not sure what club that is, this probably isn’t the spot for you.
Future celebrities come on down. This is the spot to be if you wanted to be noticed as a artist, actress, singer, or well anything really!
5. San Juan Islands
Last but most definitely not least are the San Juan islands. They are a archipelago made up of 450 islands. Surrounding places like Washington all the way to Vancouver. This is a trip that is definitely recommended to be taken by the Washington ferry system. You can plan out your trip to just a few islands, or a bunch of islands. There are so many beautiful sights to be seen on your ferry trip. One of most tourists favorites is Orca Island. Guess what you see from there? You got it. Amazing Orca whales.
These are just a few of the places that are great locations to visit especially if your on a budget! Have fun traveling this Summer. And let us know if this article helped you to pick a place to visit!
