It seems like every month another Smartphone is introduced . Seven months ago the myTouch 4G was introduced using a colorful commercial presented by T-Mobile featuring basketball stars; Charles Barkley and Duane Wade. This review is to highlight the features of the device. In addition to basic phone use Smartphone’s are popular due to the ability for users to manage a variety of applications or commonly known as apps.
What Makes the myTouch unique
The myTouch4G popularity is due to technology which allows for video chat, or the ability to have a telephone call and see the person you are speaking with. While Smartphone’s are basic and feature the ability to manage apps, each manufacturer provides something unique so the device is different from others.
The ability to video chat is revolutionary. As mentioned, the phone was introduced using a commercial featuring Barkley and Wade providing a direct visual feature of the phone. It has over 200,000 thousand hits on YouTube and authored by thekyleinlodishow . Currently the phone is doing very well and consumer demand has been brisk. To make the phone compatible with those which are not myTouch4G , apps are being developed to allow users to enjoy the feature. This is important because even though the video chat feature is state of the art, not everyone has a myTouch 4G and you can only use the technology with others who have the same device. One popular app is Tango.me. which allows non myTouch Smartphone’s to simulate a video chat by using the camera function on their device.
On final observation of what makes the myTouch4G by T-Mobile so popular is they are one of the last remaining wireless companies which offers an UNLIMITED DATA plan.
