People always look for a pill or some kind of miracle drink to give them nutrients and the daily essentials they need to function day by day. I use to be the same way and found out that popping a pill is no replacement for the real thing but it does help. I personally have my own problems with my body and started to take control by eating and drinking a lot healthier. I started by drinking a glass of grape juice everyday and was just baffled with the results of how I started to feel.
Grape juice taste good and it’s good for you and one of the ways it is good for you is by helping you lower your low-density lipoprotein (LDL) or bad cholesterol. Perfect for those with a weight loss goal and a better alternative for you to drink compared to sport drinks. Sport drinks are full of sodium and calories that only cause you to get thirstier and to gain more calories and that only defeats the purpose of you working out in the first place.
Grape juice and dark grape juice especially, are full of antioxidants and help build your iron. So when ever you need a little pick me up or just need to wake up in the morning try grape juice instead of coffee. A lot of people don’t know that having low iron will cause you to feel tired and uncomfortable. Coffee only gives you the energy you want for about an hour or less. Energy drinks for most people only gives you the energy you want for about three hours and i must admit that’s amazing but think about what it is doing to your body in the long run just to achieve that. With a simple glass of grape juice a day you will wake up one morning and go to work without your coffee and feel fine.
I personally call grapes a miracle fruit because it is not that expensive and it works hard to keep your blood healthy. Grape juice helps prevent blood clots and reduce the risks of heart disease. To me that sounds like not being 65 years old and popping pills everyday to make sure my heart does not give out. Not saying that is not possible but me knowing that there is something i can do to prevent that from happening is relief to me. If you have kids, work, and have everything in your world to take care of and it places a lot of stress on you I recommend a glass of grape juice a day for your heart cause it only takes a finger snap for a heart attack to sneak up on you.
I’m not saying replace everything with grape juice but it’s a healthier start to getting away from those supplements and substitutes. Grape juice will not cure anything you may have obtained over the years of life but something that helps you in major ways like it does will be a big help. All the caffeine and unnatural substances you take in to your body everyday is slowing you down and simply getting in your way. For those that don’t like the taste of wine this is perfect cause you actually get better results from grape juice than wine any way. So give it a try and put those pills down for a little bit, it only takes one glass a day.
