Fort Howard Park.
Fort Howard Park is located at 9500 North Point Rd Baltimore, MD 21219. This park does run along the water. You can go fishing on the long fishing pier that sits on the Chesapeake Bay. You may also find other areas near the water to fish. This park also includes picnic areas, a playground, and historic buildings.

North Point State Park.
North Point State Park is located at 8700 North Point Road Edgemere, MD 21219. There are a few areas that allow tidal fishing. You can find fishing areas on or near the wadding beach, including a long fishing pier. Some people like to fish at the nearby 1000 foot Bayshore Pier. This park also includes a beach, hiking trails, and picnic areas.
