Add 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. melted butter and 1/4 cup raisins. Mix the ingredients together and spoon the filling into each crepe. Roll the crepes up and set them in a baking dish. Heat them at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Remove and top with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of your favorite maple syrup.
Morning Stuffed Bell Pepper

Boil 12 to 15 minutes until the pepper is as soft as you like it. Set the bell pepper in a baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tbsp. diced tomatoes, 1 dash pepper, 1 dash salt and 1 dash basil. Melt 1 tbsp. butter in a frying pan and scramble the egg mixture. Transfer the cooked eggs to the inside of the bell pepper. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake in the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
