Harsch Investment Properties, the host property of the Henderson Business Fair, is an owner/developer/multi-tenant landlord with properties located throughout six regions of the Western United States. During the Henderson Business Fair which took place earlier this month, the organizers presented a special panel of business experts to discuss the economic incentives and benefits of doing business in Henderson. The panel moderator was Kris Krohn The panel included Bob Cooper from the City of Henderson ,Chris Zunis, VP of Economic Development from the Nevada Development Authority, and a Harsch Investment Properties tenant, George Racz, the owner of the first legal Las Vegas distillery.
The purpose of the Henderson Business Fair was to help promote existing Henderson businesses and to attract more business to relocate or start-up in Henderson. The business participation in the Henderson Business Fair included a wide variety of industries being represented .
Some of the businesses participating in the Henderson Business Fair included: VendEver’s Cotton Candy Factory, Suede Studio web and graphic design, Innovative Network Solutions, LLC, Mountain West Chiropractic, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, The Las Vegas Distillery, The Art Institute of Las Vegas, The International Culinary School, ByDzign event boutique, Tompkins&Peters CPA’s , P.C., and Tad James Company specializing in Neuro-Linguistics, Time Line Therapy, NLP Coaching, Hypnosis and Excellence.
The Henderson Business Fair was promoted as a one-day afternoon event at 7340 Eastgate Road Suite 140/150, Henderson,NV 89011 with booths manned by local Henderson businesses, catering by Big Apple Grill Caterers, a drawing with great giveaways, a business seminar updating everyone on the latest Henderson happenings and industrial space opportunities as well as music by their in-house DJ Byron.
Forty-five booths were filled with local businesspeople who took the opportunity to participate, network, and build visibility for their businesses, products, and services available in Henderson, NV.
According to Harsch Investments Operations Manager for Henderson Properties, Kris Krohn, “This event was so successful we’re planning to do it again next year and make it even bigger.”
