Big Daddies of Show Biz: Who Has the Most Kids?

Between them, the Baldwin brothers have 11 children, but which one has the most kids? You’ll find that out at the very end, but in the meantime, here are some big celebrity daddies who have more kids than three of the Baldwin brothers put together.

Rapper and entrepreneur Master P (Percy Robert Miller) has kids in show business like Will Smith. Unlike Will, Master P has 9 children. Four of them, Romeo, Valentino (a.k.a. Young V), Veno and Cymphonique have already ventured into the entertainment world.

Actor and comedian, Eddie Murphy has 8 children. Eddie jokes that he is the Octodad, but none of his kids were even twins, let alone multiple births. How about Jon Gosselin? He’s the real Octodad, with a set of twins and sextuplets. Whew!

Actor Mel Gibson, who came from a big family himself, has 8 kids altogether, his first 7 with his ex-wife Robyn between 1980 and 1999. Two of his sons are twins (so are two of his siblings). He then had a daughter, Lucia, in 2009 with Oksana Grigorieva.

“Me and Bobby McGee” songwriter Kris Kristofferson became the father of 8 children throughout 3 marriages. The years of his kids’ births range from 1962 to 1994. Rapper, Flavor Flav also has 8 children.

Mick Jagger has 7 children. His oldest, Jade was born in 1971 and his youngest, Lucas, was born in 1999.

Brad Pitt is raising 6 kids (3 adopted, 3 biological) with his life partner, Angelina Jolie.

Rolling Stone’s Keith Richards and John Mellencamp would need a couple more kids to even get on this list. So would Arnold Schwarzenegger and Donny Osmond. They all have 5 kids so far. Lil Wayne has 4 kids. His daughter Reginae has music world aspirations.

Back to the Baldwin brothers, Alec Baldwin has one daughter. Stephen Baldwin has 2 daughters. William Baldwin has 2 girls and a boy. Daniel Baldwin is the one with the most kids, with 4 girls and one boy.

There is one singer who has more kids than all the Baldwin brothers put together: 1980s “Rhythm of the Night” star, El DeBarge. El spoke with Jet Magazine last December about how his struggles with drug addiction affected his 11 biological children and one stepson, and how he hoped to make amends for his lack of parenting. The R&B singer checked himself back into rehab voluntarily in February 2011 and is out now, getting ready to resume his singing career.
