A Review of Best yet Traditional Flavor Tomato Soup: 90 Calories

I am a fan of many Best Yet brand food products. I love tomato soup, so when I spotted a can of Best Yet Traditional Flavor Tomato Soup in the canned soup section of my local Piggly Wiggly grocery store, I was thrilled. I decided to purchase it, try it out and write a product review all about the experience. Here is what I discovered!

One can of Best Yet Traditional Flavor Tomato Soup costs only one dollar. Not a bad price. Each can has two servings in it. One serving of this soup has 90 calories and I liked that diet friendly fact. I discovered that this product is also fat free and cholesterol free. That is marvelous. It is rich in vitamin C. I can always use more vitamin C in my diet. I could not wait to taste this soup!

This dish is perfect for microwave cooking and that is how I chose to heat it up. You can add milk or water to this soup. For cream of tomato soup, add one can of milk to it. I decided to add a can of water to mine. I stirred the soup and water together, in a large microwave safe bowl, covered and heated on high for a few minutes. I then let it stand in the microwave for one minute, uncovered, stirred and served. It smelled great and looked good!

When I tasted Best Yet Traditional Flavor Tomato Soup, I loved it! It has a perfect rich tomato taste. I always add crackers to my tomato soup. This soup was a joy to eat and though it is not quite as rich tasting as Campbell’s tomato soup, it is darn close. I actually liked it better. It is not too sweet, very flavorful and best of all, it saved me money! I love that! A friend of mine tried this tomato soup with me and he loved too. He is now a big fan of Best Yet food products and I agree totally. They are worth trying and some really surprise you with their excellent taste and high quality. This soup happens to be a winner!

I rate it four and one half stars out of five stars. I will be buying it again. If you like to cook with tomato soup, this one is great in homemade recipes and it costs very little. One serving has only 90 calories in it. Wow! 0 of those calories come from fat. It has 0 grams of total fat, love it, 0 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 0 mg’s of cholesterol, 710 mg’s of sodium, 20 grams of total carbs, 1 gram of dietary fiber, 12 grams of sugars and 2 grams of protein. One serving provided twenty-five percent of my daily vitamin C need. This product does contain wheat.

I loved trying Best Yet Traditional Flavor Tomato Soup and writing this product review about it. It does have a traditional tomato soup flavor and it is a delightful quick lunch item, in my opinion. One of the best and most affordable tomato soups around.
