911 Audio from Lindsay Lohan’s Incident with Betty Ford Staff Member Released

The incident occurred back in December 2010, but the audio of the argument between Lindsay Lohan and Dawn Holland has just been released.

The tiff was due to the “Mean Girls” actress allegedly arriving late for curfew with the suspicion of drinking while serving her time at the Betty Ford Center.

Omg! news details the six-minute call, which starts with a chaotic exchange between the staffer and Lohan as they argue over control of the phone. You can hear Lindsay yell, “I’m really uncomfortable with the woman in my house. I’ve never seen her before and she’s freaking me out!”

At one point, Dawn Holland picks up another phone on the same line and exclaims, “Lindsay Lohan pushed me and hit me with the phone.”

As the Sheriff’s Department sits listening, you hear Lohan and Holland continue to disagree in a heated manner.

“Lindsay, you need to pack your (expletive),” Holland tells the actress. “Cause now I’m getting ready to file charges on you.”

Lohan responded pointedly, “What, you want money?”

Holland said no and told her she wanted to be treated with respect. The call then becomes garbled and eventually it disconnects.

When the dispatcher calls the facility back. Holland returns to the line and explains that Lindsay was among three girls caught leaving the property without permission. She adds that the two other patients reeked of alcohol.

The staffer also stated that the argument started because of Lohan’s and another girls’ refusal to take a breathalyzer test.

The dispatcher asked if Lindsay was involved in sneaking out of the facility. “Oh yes,” She replies. “She got busted trying to hop back over the fence.”

Dawn Holland was later fired by the center after giving an on-camera interview to TMZ.

Despite the release of the 911 call, the Riverside County District Attorney announced just days ago that it would not be prosecuting Lindsay for assault.

John Hall, a spokesman for the DA, told press, “We are not filing any charges in the Lindsay Lohan case due to insufficient evidence.”

“It wasn’t looked at any differently than other cases, and we didn’t put any special priority on this. We also had to re-interview subsequent times several witnesses in the case.”

And while it’s no secret that she’s had plenty of public drunkenness incidents, Lindsay insists that it’s all behind her.

After hitting the pavement outside a New York City bar on Wednesday night (March 30), LiLo has spoken up about what caused the commotion.

The “Georgia Rule” actress wrote “I’m always a klutz” on her Facebook page, saying she simply got tripped up.

She also tweeted, “Is it not allowed to slip and fall? Funny now making a joke can turn into, well, me falling and a story.”
