Can you imagine a 4th of July without a huge fireworks display? From the Skylands to the Jersey Shore, 4th of July fireworks displays will be taking place all over New Jersey this year. For your convenience, here is a tentative schedule of select towns’ fireworks displays. Note: this list will be updated frequently, so continue to check back often for added displays and any cancellations.

It’s fireworks greetings from the Boardwalk at Asbury Park this 4th of July! Show begins on July 4th at dusk.
This city is so popular, they have not one but two 4th of July fireworks displays! The first one takes place July 4th in the Marina District at 9:20pm and the second display goes off on the Boardwalk at 9:45pm.
This town starts celebrating early! Fireworks display takes place on July 1st at 9:30pm at Municipal Harbor on Simon Lake Drive.
The fireworks show begins at dusk on July 4th at the Municipal Docks on East Bay Avenue. There will be a 7:30 concert before that.
Belleville has one of the best town fireworks displays in New Jersey. Just head to the High School to catch the action at dusk on July 4th!
Go to Brookdale Park on July 5th for fireworks at dusk. ps…this is not too far from Holstein’s Ice Cream Parlor which was famously featured in the last episode of The Sopranos!

This Burlington county town will feature 4th of July fireworks at Cherokee High School at 9:45pm to cap off a day long Independence Day celebration.
Getting a jump start on the Independence Day celebration, Fairfield will hold it’s holiday festivities followed by fireworks on June 30th at the Recreation Complex starting at 7:30pm
Freehold Raceway will hold this year’s 4th of July fireworks display and live music event on July 3rd. Concerts begin around 5pm and fireworks go off at dusk.

Hoboken and Weehawken
Catch the Macy’s Fireworks Display from across the Hudson and save transit costs!! Show begins at 9:20pm.

Verona will also hold an early celebration with a fireworks display at the High School on June 30th. Show begins at dusk.
This Cumberland County town will host it’s Fourth of July Concert and Fireworks on the 4th at at Giampietro Park at Lincoln and Landis Avenues. Concert begins at 7pm. Fireworks at dusk.
Head to the Boardwalk at Pine Avenue for this fireworks display on July 4th at 10pm.
